NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004530 CI 20of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007 2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 2, is Plaintiff and Algie L. Coleman and Lurlene H. Coleman, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block B, Betty Lane Heights 2nd Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 29, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
