NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007293 CI 20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006 HE 1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE 1, is Plaintiff and Carmenita Booze and W. S. Badcock Corporation, a Florida Corporation, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK J, STEPHENSON MANOR UNIT 2-5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE(S) 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
