NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 013873 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and Anthony Nicholas Augustine, Elizabeth Augustine and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Fieldstone Mortgage Company, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 14, MEADOW LAWN FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 7118 13th St N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
