NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52 2012 CA 010126 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE GE WMC ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 1, is Plaintiff and Eula Copeland, Samuel Copeland, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp., Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board, Eta Evans and Malakai Tabuvuya, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block C, Addition to Stephenson's Subdivision No. 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, page 26 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
