NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2013-CA-000835 of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 25th day of November 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 1, PINEBROOK ESTATES, PHASE 2, UNIT 1, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 25-28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
