NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 30, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2008-CA-013790-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and LUZMILA SEQUEIROS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUZMILA SEQUEIROS; THE SANCTUARY AT BAY HILL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LISA THORPE; TENANT #2 N/K/A JEFF THORPE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/08/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 7673, BUILDING 22, OF THE SANCTUARY AT BAY HILL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8396, PAGE 89, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
