Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 31, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
all that certain real property situated in the county of orange state of florida, described as follows: lot 58, rouse run, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 51, pages 117 and 118, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 11132 rouse run cir, orlando, fl 32817; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on December 5, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
