Any owner, lien holders, or interested parties have a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filing a demand with the Orange County Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle prior to the sale, by posting a bond pursuant to F.S. 559.917, and if sold, proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Orange County for disposition.
