NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on January 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., that certain property situated in the County of Orange, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 148, OF MAUDEHELEN SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
