Notice of Corporate Dissolution
Notice is hereby given that Family Services of Metro Orlando, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation having its principal address at 7802 Kingspoint PRKY, Suite 210, Orlando, Florida 32819 filed Articles of Dissolution on November 8, 2013 with the Secretary of State of the State of Florida in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Persons with claims against the corporation are requested to present them in accordance with this notice. Each such claim must be in writing and must include: (1) the grounds for the claim; (2) the type of relief sought for the claim and, if monetary, the amount sought; (3) copies of any documents supporting the claim (e.g., invoices, contracts, etc.); (4) the date on which the claim arose; and (5) the name, mailing address and telephone number of the claimant. Claims must contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the corporation of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. Claims may be sent to our attorneys at the fololowing address: Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor and Reed, P.A., Attention: Joseph W. Zitzka, Esq., 215 North Eola Drive, Orlando, Florida 32801. Any claim against the corporation is barred under Section 617.1407 of the Florida Statutes unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within four (4) year after the date of the second consecutive weekly publicaiton of this notice.
