Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to all Defendants dated August 27, 2013, in the above-captioned cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell the real property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, more particularly described as:
A parcel of land lying in Section 28, Township 41 South, Range 20 East, Charlotte County, Florida, being more particularly described as Lot 59, less and except the southerly 10.00 feet thereof, lying parallel with the platted lot line between Lots 58 and 59, together with the southerly 15.00 feet of Lot 60, lying parallel with the platted lot line between Lots 59 and 60 CAPE HAZE MARINA VILLAGE, PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 53-A through 53-G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. A/K/A UNIT 58
which has the address of 8009 Bay Pointe Drive, Englewood, Florida 34224
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property including all replacements and additions.
at public sale, beginning at 11:00 AM on December 20, 2013, to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45, 031, Florida Statutes.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THE FINAL JUDGMENT.
