NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-03595, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and SHEILA M. BATZEK A/K/A SHEILA BATZEK; NICHOLAS BATZEK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC MIN NO. 100037506564766393; UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 26 day of February, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 362 OVERBROOK ST., PORT CHARLOTTE, FLORIDA 33954-1802.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
