NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28, October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2008-CA-005788 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Brian Bartholomew, Dawn Bartholomew, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 3 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2309, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 10A THRU 10F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
