NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007371, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH R. DRALUS, TRINA R. DRALUS, and KINGSFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on January 29, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK N, KINGSFIELD, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 27 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sIXTY (60) days after the sale.
