NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-001044 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2005QA4 was the Plaintiff and BRIAN A. GAUGHAN, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 31st day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 461, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 34 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER, WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES BELONGING OR IN ANY WAY APPERTAINING TO SAID PROPERTY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
