TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE JUEL GILL PRIVATE ROAD (PRIVATE ROAD NUMBER 14) AS PER RESOLUTION NO. 716529 RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, O.R.
