NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 04, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 007975 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GERTIE B. BYNUM, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK E, GREENFIELD PLANTATION, PHASE I SUBDIVISION, OLD GROVE, recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 166 through 186, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
