Rocha also known as Sandra Rocha, Bayou Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Lender's Investment Corp., Tenant # 1 also known as Krystal Bratcher, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Jose Rocha, The Unknown Spouse of Sandra L. Rocha also known as Sandra Rocha, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
