NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on OCTOBER 22, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 11-2008-CA-009196, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-WMC1 is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL SCHLOSS AND ALICIA SCHLOSS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on this 21 day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 60, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
