NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 12. 2013 in Civil Case No.:11 2010 CA 000831, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and, ROBERT K. VANN; OPAL M. VANN A/K/A OPEL VANN; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MARCO ISLAND CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 13 day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 292, MARCO BEACH UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 63 TO 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
