NOTICE IS given that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 26, 2013, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida in which JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and SOPHIA L. DUVERNAY a/k/a SOPHIA DUVERNAY a/k/a SOPHIA BRASHER, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Rodger Jerry Brasher a/k/a RODGER J. BRASHER a/k/a RODGER BRASHER, Deceased, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Public Auction at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Lobby Third Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes on January 27, 2014, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
ALL OF THE LAND SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER AND STATE OF FLORIDA TO WIT: THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 91, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
