NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005272, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-27, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-27 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT M. CANTER A/K/A ROBERT CANTER, VERA CANTER A/K/A ELVIRA PAPASIDERO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A ., and JOHN DOE N/K/A MICHAEL CANTER are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of January, 2014, on the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112
the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
