NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated OCTOBER 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 0702155CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 19 day of December, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 155 FEET OF THE WEST 930 FEET OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPTING THE SOUTH 15 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND UTILITIES.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
