notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010911 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Josue Rincon are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on January 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, COLLIER VILLAGE, SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 60, 61 AND 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
