notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-003070 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-0A4 Trust, Plaintiff and Joan A. Friedman a/k/a Joan Friedman and Irwin A. Friedman a/k/a Irwin Friedman, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on JANUARY 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 47, BERKSHIRE LAKES, UNIT #6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 16 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
