NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004638 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SAUNDRA M WIGGS; MARK C WIGGS; SHERWOOD PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHERWOOD II, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 18 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 202, BUILDING 16, OF SHERWOOD II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2307, PAGE 2401, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
