NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 8, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 11-2010-CA-003719 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SASCO 2007-WF1 is the Plaintiff and LEMECK CHERENFANT; NICOLE CHERENFANT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
