NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Consent Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0910313CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor LOBBY of Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 4 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 306, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., BUILDING 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 595, PAGES 116 THROUGH 152, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
