UNIT NO. 20, SHENANDOAH ESTATES, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 761, AT PAGES 191 THROUGH 237, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 105 BLUE RIDGE DR, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL, on December 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
