NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001013, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGES PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2005-B, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL B. BAILEY, KATHERINE KNABEL BAILEY, and TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 4 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK M, CONNER'S VANDERBILT BEACH ESTATES, UNIT NO.2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
