NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000990, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US BANK N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA AS TRUSTEE FOR THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and DENNIS J. CREADON BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ARTHUR L. MILTIADES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTHUR L. MILTIADES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS J CREADON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A JEAN TIPTON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 5 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 12, ROYAL HARBOR, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
