NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on November 4, 2013 by the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, the property described as:
Unit 208, Building 2, Tuscano at Suncoast Crossings, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6873, Page 568 and Condominium Plat Book 6, Page 107, and any amendments made thereto, public records of Pasco County Florida. Together with an undivided interest in common elements appurtenant thereto; together with the right to use Garage Number G-76, by virtue of Parking Garage Assignment.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on December 19, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
