Final Judgment was awarded on September 9, 2013 in Civil Case No.:51-2012-CA-000991-WS J3, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, IVAN BENAVIDEZ; BETH DALTON; TIERR DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on December 6, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
