Final Judgment was awarded on October 10, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-001845ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and, NAHAL SOLBERG; BENJAMIN E. SOLBERG; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SILVERLEAF AT SEVEN OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on December 5, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
