NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2013, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-5584-WS-J2 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Gerald K. Watts; Susan H. Watts; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 90, GOLDEN ACRES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGES 94 AND 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
