MCMAHON A/K/A ELIZABETH MCMAHON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH M. MCMAHON A/K/A ELIZABETH MCMAHON are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on DECEMBER 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, WINDSOR MILL UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 135-137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA - A/K/A 7304 WINDSOR MILL RD. HUDSON, FL 34667
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
