NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 15, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005746 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRY M. SULLIVAN, TERRY M. SULLIVAN, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of November, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

INSTRUMENT NO. 2005247846, AS AMENDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2004247847,ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
