LESS AND EXCEPT the following-described parcel: Commence at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 20 East. Said point is also the point of beginning for the tract herein described; thence N 00 degrees 16 minutes 15 seconds E. and along the East line of said SW 1/4, a distance of 329.00 feet; thence N 88 degrees 49 minutes 54 seconds W a distance of 1,333.94' Deed (1 ,334.69' actual) to the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, thence S 00 degrees 43 minutes 06 seconds W and along said West line a distance of 330.88 feet to the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 114 of Section 26, thence S 88 degrees 54 minutes 45 seconds East and along the South line of Section 26, a distance of 1,337.24 feet to the true point of beginning. LESS the maintained Right of Way for Lena Road as described in RPB 4, Page 36, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan, PLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, December 16, 2013 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
