NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002856-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-FF71, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and DAVID DALY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID DALY N/K/A BEATRICE DALY; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION A DISSOLVED; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
