NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001945 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SASCO 2005-15 TRUST is the Plaintiff and HUNG NGUYEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC; PROGRESSIVE EXPRESS INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF SHERI LEE MARTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUNG NGUYEN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EASTERLY 80 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 102.9 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 28, BLOCK A, BELLEVUE TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
