NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009816 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JEAN CAROL DODD A/K/A JEAN DODD; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5106, LOT 5107 AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 5108 SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 5108 AND ALL OF LOT 5109 AND 5110 SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 20 AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
