NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019466 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-17 is the Plaintiff and MARGARET E SPIES; TONI MAKAVEEV; HUDSON OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 201, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5, HUDSON OAKS A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1735, PAGES 501 THROUGH 527, RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1789, PAGE 2500, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, PAGES 29 THROUGH 29F PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
