NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008791 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. 2006-NC2, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-NC2 is the Plaintiff and CARMELO NUCCIO A/K/A CARMELO A NUCCIO; CASSIE K. POWELL A/K/A CASSIE KAY NUCCIO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 105, SEVENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 19, 19A, THROUGH 19N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
