Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 009669 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and LEO MESSINA, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 43, WOODLAND PARK, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 8th day of January, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
