NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21st, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001833 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. M & T Bank, Plaintiff and SUNCOAST PROPERTIES OF FLORIDA, LLC; CHARLES LETCHWORTH; MONICA S LETCHWORTH; KAREN L PANNONE; RAYMOND PANNONE; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this December 5th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
