NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001210 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and RONALD PATTERSON, II A/K/A RONALD W. PATTERSON, II; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on DECEMBER 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, AND THE SOUTHERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 34, GOLF CLUB ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
