NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020281-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass Through Trust 2007-11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-11 is the Plaintiff and Kenneth Grabow; The Unknown Spouse of Kenneth Grabow; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK K, COUNTRY CLUB SHORES, UNIT 5, SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
