NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 017078 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD J. SPINELLI A/K/A RICHARD SPINELLI KOLLEEN SPINELLI A/K/A KOLLEEN M. SPINELLI UNKNOWN TENANT (S) # 1 N/K/A BRENDA DAVIS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) # 2 N/K/A LYON MCNEIL; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT “A”.
Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 8, Marlowe Park, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 90, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence west along North line of said Lot 8, 262.33 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue West along North line of said Lot 8, 85.00 feet; thence South 100.35 feet to the South Line of said Lot 8; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes East, along said South line of Lot 8, 85.00 feet; thence North 100.7 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being a part of Lot 8, Marlowe Park, in section 12, Township 36 South, Range 17 East.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
