NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 003680 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 9th day of December, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHERLY 1/2 OF LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 214, VENICE EDGEWOOD SECTION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 166, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
