NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 04, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-020303-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and JOSE A. ACHA; PATRICIA M. GUIN FELANDRO; SARASOTA PINES ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 9th day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 48, BUILDING 6, SARASOTA PINES, A CONDOMINUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1021, PAGE 486 AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 7, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
